Refund Policy:

At MackWayTransportation, we strive to provide excellent customer service and fair pricing for our non-emergency transportation services. As part of our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction, we have established the following refund policy in the event that you need to cancel or modify your booking:

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:
   a. Round-trip Reservations: If you have made a round-trip reservation and choose to cancel the entire trip, you will be eligible for a refund subject to the following conditions:
      - Cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: A full refund of the fare, excluding any applicable credit card processing fees, will be issued.
      - Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No refund will be issued.

   b. One-way Reservations: If you have made a one-way reservation and choose to cancel the trip, you will be eligible for a refund subject to the following conditions:
      - Cancellation made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time: A refund of 80% of the fare, excluding any applicable credit card processing fees, will be issued.
      - Cancellation made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No refund will be issued.

2. Refunds for Mileage Charges:
   a. If you have made a reservation with mileage charges, any cancellation made in accordance with the above criteria will be subject to the refund policy outlined above for the base fare. The mileage charges will not be refunded.
   
3. Refund Process:
   a. All refund requests must be made by contacting our customer service team by phone or email, as provided on our website or booking confirmation.
   b. In order to process your refund, please provide the following information:
      - Booking reference number
      - Customer name
      - Reason for cancellation
   c. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days from the date of cancellation, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

4. No-Shows and Late Cancellations:
   a. If you fail to show up for your scheduled pickup or cancel your reservation late, no refund will be issued.
   b. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants consideration, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Please note that this refund policy applies only to non-emergency transportation services provided by MackWayTransportation. For specific refund policies regarding other services or situations, please refer to the terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.
